I have been in the salon and beauty business for 18 years. I started as a nail tech and absolutely loved the business end of it. But really what drives most of us in this business is meeting and getting to know our guests. Hearing their stories and being a friend to most, lending an ear when needed and making them feel beautiful when they are having a bad day. Through the years I have learned many life lessons and business lessons too! This has made me fall in love with this business even more. But it wasn’t until I was introduced to KRS consulting and Marshalls Salon Service and attended the summit 5 day business college, that I truly knew for sure this is what I was meant to do. The most rewarding feeling is helping and watching my employees reach there personal and career goals. It is my ultimate goal to help them with what ever it takes to make them succeed. Which has lead us to team up with REDKEN and become an ELITE REDKEN SALON; there are only 120 in the country. This makes me a very proud owner. And I credit all of it to my girls. I have an outstanding group of talented ladies. We look forward to meeting and servering you!

Lorraine Mercer Support Staff

Lorraine is a valuable asset to our team. She has been in the beauty business for 20 years. She started her career doing hair for 5 years, and then her interests turned to Makeup. Lorraine began working with Colour Elite makeup then moved on to be a free lance makeup artist for Bobbi Brown. She has joined our team not only as a makeup artist, but she is one of our support staff members.
