With 20 years of service and artistic expression, Marni is in high demand. With training in Las Vegas, New York and Chicago, Marni has become adept at Rusk chemical relaxing and haircutting. She has the ability to customize the perfect haircut and color for your face shape. She also attended the first ever "Full on Curls" class at The Redken Exchange in New York, where she was taught customized techniques for all her curly clients. Jeneffer has always loved fashion and style, and has been in the beauty industry for almost 20 years. Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, she loves every minute of it! Jeneffer has influenced countless lives with her mastery of meticulous attention to detail. As a direct result, she has received numerous referrals and recognition from peers, colleagues, and guests. While mastering what she does best, she has traveled extensively, receiving formal education and training from the best Redken artists to become a Certified Redken Hair Colorist.
Jeneffer’s talent ranges from haircut and coloring to eyelash and hair extensions. She was introduced to eyelash extensions in 2005 and received formal training and certification with Xtremelash, Novalash, and Lavishlash. Jeneffer absolutely loves watching each and every one of her clients leave her chair with a smile and believes beautifying should not be a “luxury,” but a routine. Karen’s love of hair and make-up started at the age of 14 when she began working in a salon. She started her career as a receptionist and then as an assistant. She watched the stylists around her, and knew that is what she was meant to do. She specializes in creating styles for all types of events and special occasions. She loves to teach her guests new styles and trends, and exciting new ways to wear their hair and makeup. She loves creating personal relationships with her guests who then come to her with all of their beauty concerns.
Karen has been educated by some of the top Redken stylists. She enjoys learning all of the newest color and haircutting trends. She also specializes in the art of air brush makeup and temporary tattoo coverage, with KETT Makeup Company and Hairdreams extensions. Karla Adams Level 3 Stylist

Karla has been in the business for 25 fulfilling years. She enjoys coming to work every day to use her artistic abilities, creating new looks for every guest that sits in her chair. Being able to make people feel good about themselves is what Karla is most passionate about. Karla enjoys every aspect of her job, from color to cut, short or long. She also loves creating new looks for special occasions. Karla is motivated by meeting new people every day and getting to know them on a personal level. She continues to further her extensive experience with classes such as Step Up with Michael Cole, Cutting and Finishing with Francisco Villa, and Hair Coloring with Deb McCain. Karla has set many goals for her future, including reaching the highest level at O Salon and Spa and using her talent and experience to help others reach their full potential. Tina is personable, professional, driven, and is dedicated to being both inspirable and inspired in her career. She has been involved in the beauty industry for 20 years and takes great pleasure in getting to know all of her clients. Her skill and personality are what keeps clients coming back to her chair. Tina enjoys creating new looks and educating her clients on how to achieve the same look at home. Her background education includes; classes ranging from color with Justin Issac, cut with Francisco Villa, and motivational speaking Anne Mincey. Jenny’s passion for the industry began at a young age, by setting up her very own play beauty salon. Educated at the Tricocci University of Beauty Culture she was taught to blend art, science and beauty together to create a professional and fun experience for each guest. Jenny’s custom foil designs always compliment her sassy haircuts and form fashionable, yet wearable, styles for her guests. Michelle Blue Level 1 Stylist

After graduating from Tricocci University of Beauty Culture, Michelle joined O Salon and Spa’s Associate Program. She spent the next ten months perfecting her skills, learning the true ins-and-outs of our crazy industry, and soaking up every bit of wisdom offered by one of our top stylists, Marni. Michelle craves the creativity of both cut and color and truly loves the quality time and interaction with each client. Michelle’s knowledge about hair ranges from the Keratin Complex Therapy Treatment to training with some of Redken’s top artists. The minute you meet Michelle, you will have no doubt about her passion and love for everything hair. You will find Michelle at O Salon and Spa Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.

Katie Cressler Level 1 Stylist

Katie started at O Salon and Spa as a support staff member. After a visit from Ann Mincey, VP of Global Communications with Redken, Katie decided she wanted to “be a part of it.” The next week she started at The Salon Professional Academy, finishing with flying colors. She then spent the next nine months training with one of our salon’s top educators. She loves every aspect of her job from color to cutting and styling. She is very meticulous and outgoing and can finish up your look with any facial waxing you may need. She has since furthered her education by attending Phillip Wilson’s Hair Design class and is certified in the Keratin Complex Smoothing Therapy.
Every day is different and exciting for Katie--she believes she has a very rewarding career. Being able to work with people every day and building their self esteem is what motivates her. You will find Katie at O Salon and Spa Tuesday through Saturday.

At the young age of 22, Dara is already an accomplished stylist here at O Salon and Spa. Her education ranges from Hairdreams Extensions to the Keratin Complex Therapy Treatment by Coppala. With extensive training through Redken, Dara is now recognized for her color expertise and commitment to excellence as a Redken Certified Colorist. She has built her career as a color and texture specialist at the salon. Not only does Dara perform amazing blowouts, but her ability to listen to her guests allows her to create the perfect cut every time. Jillian Slais Level 2 Stylist

Joe Blasco School of Makeup and Special Effects along with L’Oreal have given Jillian her extensive education and training in the makeup field. With passion for the industry, Jillian went on to become a seasoned hairstylist with five years of experience working with Redken. Jillian has been trained by many Redken artists, among them Francisco Villa, Deb McCann and Justin Isaac. Jillian strives for making women feel confident and beautiful as well as educating them on hair and makeup techniques. Whether it’s the latest makeup application or hair color trend, Jillian is sure to give you an overall complete look. Melanie Michalski Level 1 Stylist

Melanie strives to make each individual guest feel special about themselves and continues to build her clientele. Her work ethic is to give 100% of her attention and skills to each and every guest that sits in her chair. Melanie has been educated by Marni, one of the top stylists in our salon.
