About Your Visit

 

{New guests} 
Kindly arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment to fill out a new guest form and to ensure a thorough consultation. 


{Cancellations}
If you must cancel your appointment, out of consideration for our other guests and team members, please do so 24 hours prior to your scheduled service. Please view our No Show Policy below for more information.

{Children}
While we love kids at O Salon, this is your time to relax. We kindly request that children do not accompany you to your salon visit unless they are scheduled for a service.

{Gratuities}
Gratuities are not included in any salon service price. Tip envelopes are available for cash tips. If you would like to leave a tip electronically, on your debit or credit card, a $2 convenience charge will be added to your total.

{Other Considerations}
